These Terms and Conditions govern your yacht charter booking with Nanje Yachts Dubai, operating under the brand Private Yacht Dubai.

1. Booking & payment

A 25% deposit is required to confirm any charter. The balance is payable on the day of the charter, before boarding. We accept bank transfer, credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), cash and Apple Pay.

2. Cancellation policy

  • Cancellation 7+ days before charter — 100% refund of deposit
  • Cancellation 3–7 days before — 50% refund of deposit
  • Cancellation within 72 hours — no refund, but date rescheduling possible at no extra cost
  • Weather-related cancellation by Nanje Yachts — full refund or free reschedule

3. Conduct on board

Guests are expected to behave in accordance with UAE laws. Alcohol consumption is permitted only while the yacht is at sea (outside UAE territorial waters on request). Smoking is permitted only on the fly deck, never indoors.

4. Safety

All guests must attend the 3-minute pre-departure safety briefing. Life jackets are provided for every guest. Children under 12 must wear life jackets continuously.

5. Damage policy

Guests are liable for damage caused by negligence or misconduct. Routine wear and tear is never charged.

6. Liability

Nanje Yachts Dubai maintains comprehensive marine liability insurance. Individual personal items lost on board are the responsibility of the guest.

7. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Disputes shall be settled by the Dubai Courts.
